I have been looking out for a cute quick knit hat pattern for my little boy, spotted this hat in Matalan yesterday for £3! That's saved me a job. On the way out spotted this fox/ raccoon bag for myself.

Stitches on the bridge

I am knitting!

Just started knitting a piece for the stitches on the bridge, a project to cover the Skye Bridge in knitting.  I'm going for a 14" x 15" piece.

moving house soon

In the process of buying a new home, so now have an excuse to buy Elle Decoration for inspiration, I love all the colours and the crocheted cushions (future project). Also inspired to collect unusual and coloured tiles, must check out ebay.

This blog is intended to help me organise my making and artistic practice.  I love making things and want to start and get on to the next thing.  So far I am working on half made dress, sewing project and just started knitted jumper, collecting ideas or painting as well as wanting to start learning to paint in oils.  Hope you can follow me through the completion of these and more.
